Senior Management Team

Larry K. White: President & CEO. The charter member of Heartland, Larry has twenty four years experience in the leasing industry. Prior to starting Heartland in 1999, Larry was the President & COO of Granite Financial from 1997 – 1999, and COO of Rockford Industries from 1995 – 1997. From 1985 –1995 Larry held increasingly senior positions with Master Lease/Tokai Financial Services, completing his tenure there as Director of Operations.

Debbie Saloga: Asset Manager. Debbie is a charter member that was one of the original management team at Heartland’s 1999 inception. Prior to joining, Heartland Debbie was the Operations/Funding Manager for Granite Financial, and from 1995 –1997 was the Operations/Funding Manager for Rockford Industries.

Madeleine Weller: Vice President of Finance/Chief Financial Officer. Madeleine joined Heartland Business Credit in 2000. She has spent most of her life in Colorado and attended Metropolitan State College in Denver. Madeleine has over twenty years of Accounting/Finance experience along with 12 years of leasing experience.

Bill Duncan: Vice President of Business Development. Bill joined Heartland Business Credit in 2003 and he has twenty four years of equipment leasing and software financing experience. Bill has played significant sales, sales management, and marketing roles with both Master Lease/Tokai Bank and GE Capital during his career. Immediately prior to joining Heartland, Bill worked in software financing, most recently as the Customer Finance Manager for J.D. Edwards. Bill is a proud Spartan from Michigan State University.

Elizabeth Graham: Operations Manager – Elizabeth joined Heartland Business Credit in 2007. She has experience in various finance, banking and customer service positions. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The university of Colorado-Denver.

Berneice Ybarra: Customer Service Manager – Berneice joined Heartland Business Credit in March 2008 with 23 years of collections experience.

Randy Barnett: Manager, Information Technology. Randy joined Heartland Business Credit in the fall of 2008. He brings over ten years of Information Systems experience and progressive responsibility.
